Overview / Description
AgentLayers is an AI compliance and visibility tool that scores how AI agents read your website and certifies your AI agents against EU AI Act requirements for enterprises, DPOs, CIOs, and AI compliance leads. The platform operates as two complementary suites: the Visibility Suite measures whether AI agents can find, read, and recommend a website, producing an Agent-Readiness Score across dimensions including Structured Data, LLM Readability, Technical Access, and Agentic SEO; the Trust Suite evaluates and certifies the trustworthiness of AI agents themselves.
The Agent-Readiness Scan runs in under 30 seconds after pasting a URL, returning a 0–100 score with a prioritized list of improvements — for example, adding JSON-LD schema to gain points in the Structured Data dimension. Each scan result maps directly to actionable fixes and shows point-gain potential per recommendation.
On the compliance side, AgentLayers provides an automated Article 26 EU AI Act audit that classifies an agent's risk level (minimal, limited, or high-risk) based on Annex III criteria, cross-references it against GDPR requirements, and produces a documented checklist. The platform references Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 directly, with Article 50(2) watermarking entering into force on 02/12/2026 and Article 26 obligations applying from 02/12/2027 following the Digital Omnibus agreement of May 2026. Non-compliance penalties reach up to €35 million or 7% of global annual revenue.
AgentLayers supports scanning of Skills, MCP servers, and A2A agents, and high-scoring agents receive a Certified badge for display on listings and websites. The platform is currently in open beta with all Pro features available on the Free tier, no credit card required.

AgentLayers is used by DPOs, CIOs, and AI compliance leads at enterprise organizations to audit AI agent websites for agent-readiness and to certify AI agents against EU AI Act Article 26 obligations before the 2027 enforcement deadline.
