The platform handles two distinct automation types: quick automations for straightforward "when X happens, do Y" triggers, and smart workflows for tasks that require AI reasoning, such as classifying emails, summarizing reports, or drafting responses. Both modes connect to over 30 tools including Gmail, Slack, Jira, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot, GitHub, and Confluence, reading and writing inside those tools on a schedule or in response to live triggers.

AiGent is built for cross-functional teams. Product managers use it to turn PRDs into structured Jira epics, operations teams automate vendor invoice routing, and sales and marketing teams run lead enrichment from LinkedIn directly into their CRM.
