AI Form for Google Docs

FormsGen is an AI form builder for Google Forms that generates real, native Google Forms from a short text prompt or a photo of a paper questionnaire, aimed at iPhone and iPad users who need to create surveys, quizzes, and registration forms on mobile. Because Google ships no official Forms app for iOS, FormsGen fills that gap: you describe the form you need, the AI writes the questions, and the result saves straight into your own Google account rather than a third-party database. Concrete features include photographing a paper form to digitize it (the scan happens on-device and the photos never leave it), automatic quiz grading, live response charts that update as answers come in, and QR-code generation for distributing a form by print or screen. The app ships with 17 pre-made templates covering satisfaction surveys, event registration, and classroom quizzes, plus free browser-based form-conversion and QR tools. Sharing options include link, QR code, PDF, and a social card. For teachers, event organizers, and small teams already working inside Google Workspace, FormsGen is a practical way to build and manage Google Forms from a phone. On BestAIFor it sits among AI form and survey tools where the native Google integration is the main differentiator.
