AI Prompt Vault is an AI prompt management tool that saves, organizes, and one-click injects reusable prompts across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for anyone who repeatedly retypes the same instructions. The Chrome extension lets you store a personal library of prompts and insert any of them directly into an AI chat's input box with a single click, removing the need to copy-paste from notes. Prompts can include variable templates with placeholders like {{topic}} that prompt you to fill in a short form before insertion, so a single saved template adapts to many tasks. You can pin frequently used prompts to a right-click context menu, open the vault with a Ctrl+Shift+P keyboard shortcut, and tag, search, or sort prompts by custom order, recency, frequency, or alphabetically. The extension is privacy-focused: prompts are stored locally and never sent to external servers, with no tracking or analytics. Prompts sync across devices via your Google account, and you can export your library to JSON for backup and re-import it on a new device.
