What is Altivo?
Altivo is a WordPress plugin built for site owners who have neglected image alt text — a common SEO and accessibility gap. It connects Microsoft Florence-2, a vision-language model, to analyze your images and produce descriptive alt text and captions automatically. DeepL integration handles translation for multilingual sites. The bulk processor scans your full media library in one pass, flags images missing alt text, and fills them in without manual effort. Useful for content-heavy sites, WooCommerce stores, and blogs with large backlogs of untagged images. The focus is practical and narrow: fix a specific technical SEO problem fast, at scale, without writing alt text by hand.
