It sells in three tiers: Core, Plus, and Max. The product is well-built and the AI is integrated rather than bolted on, which matters for day-to-day use.

The friction is the floor. The 50-unit minimum and minimum spend mean AppFolio is not a tool for a small landlord testing the water. If you run 200 doors and want to consolidate your stack, it is a serious option. If you run 15, look further down the directory.
