What is backi.app?
backi.app is an AI productivity tool that organizes exported WhatsApp chat media into tidy, categorized folders and saves them to the cloud or a reorganized ZIP. The workflow is four steps: export a chat from WhatsApp, upload the ZIP, preview the sorted result, then save or download it. Its AI automatically sorts files by type and topic, covering photos, videos, audio, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, stickers, contacts, and more, so a messy chat export becomes a structured archive you can actually find things in. Everything is processed in the browser rather than on a server, and you get a free preview of how the files will be organized before paying. Output goes to Google Drive or as a direct ZIP download. For anyone searching BestAIFor for the best AI tool to back up and declutter WhatsApp media, the appeal is the pay-per-conversion model with no subscription: you buy conversions as you need them. It fits people with large chat histories who want to free up phone storage while keeping their media sorted and recoverable, without hand-filing hundreds of attachments.
