What is BookingFlow?
BookingFlow is an AI receptionist tool that answers business phone calls 24/7, captures leads, and books appointments for small local service businesses. It is built for salons, cleaning services, dental practices, plumbers, pest control companies, and similar providers that miss calls when staff are busy or off-hours. When a call comes in, the AI answers automatically, talks with the caller, captures their details, and books appointments that sync to Google Calendar. It offers bilingual support in English and Spanish, records and transcribes calls, can transfer calls to a human when needed, and emails you summaries of missed calls so no lead is lost. BookingFlow integrates with Gmail, Google Sheets, and Stripe, and the higher Growth plan adds SMS appointment confirmations and a customizable AI voice and personality. The Starter plan is $99/month and includes up to 300 minutes per month, one AI receptionist, and one phone number, with extra minutes at $0.15 each. The Growth plan is $125/month (an early-adopter rate, normally $249) and includes up to 600 minutes per month plus custom voice, SMS, advanced routing, and team features, with extra minutes at $0.12 each. There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime, making it suited to small businesses that want to stop missing booking calls without hiring front-desk staff.
