Overview / Description
BotEffex Monitor is an AI observability tool that checks whether a chatbot keeps giving correct answers over time, built for developers and teams running HTTP chatbots for support, sales, or internal knowledge. It addresses a specific failure the site names directly: a chatbot can stay online while its answers quietly drift and become wrong. You choose the important questions you want to protect and specify the facts or phrases an answer must contain, the service runs those checks daily against your chatbot endpoint, and it emails you a useful alert when an answer fails and again when it recovers. Results are kept for 30 days so you can investigate when a regression started, and plans support up to 10 approved questions. The Starter plan is €19/month and includes one scheduled check per day with email on failure and recovery. For teams that would rather run checks themselves, an open-source "Chatbot QA Kit" is available free on GitHub. For the BestAIFor directory, BotEffex Monitor is a narrow, practical answer to chatbot regression monitoring: it does not build or host your bot, it watches the one thing that is easy to miss, whether the answers are still right.
