What is BrightseatIQ?
BrightseatIQ is an AI interview preparation tool that turns your resume and a target job description into tailored practice questions and honest answer feedback for job seekers. You upload your resume and the job posting, and the tool returns an "IQ Briefing" that decodes the role's requirements, then generates practice questions in sets of six, up to 30 per job, including technical questions built directly from the posting you add. After you answer, BrightseatIQ gives feedback on how your response lands rather than just scoring it. A privacy detail worth noting: uploaded files are stored locally in your browser and do not leave your device. If you are comparing the best AI tools for interview prep on BestAIFor, BrightseatIQ is a focused option for candidates who want structured, job-specific rehearsal rather than a generic question bank. It is aimed at individual job seekers across professions preparing for a specific interview, not at recruiters or enterprise hiring teams.
