ClipItX

ClipItX is an AI video tool that turns long videos into short vertical clips with captions for creators, podcasters, and social media teams. You paste a YouTube link or upload a recording (MP4, MOV, MKV, or WebM up to 2 GB), optionally tell it what to look for such as "only the pricing questions", and its clip-selection model watches and listens to the whole video for hooks, punchlines, and emotional peaks, then ranks clips by virality so the strongest come first. Auto reframe with face tracking converts wide shots to 9:16 and cuts on the exact frame of a speaker switch, with 2-speaker split and facecam-plus-screen layouts available. It ships 60 caption styles including word-by-word highlight and reaction captions like [laughs] and [gasps], and you can correct any word in the editor. Smart trim removes dead air and filler while Get to the point opens on the strongest line. An Autopilot clip agent can clip, caption, and publish to a connected YouTube channel on a schedule, and you can export 9:16 clips for TikTok, Shorts, Reels, and X. A separate ClipItX Studio beta generates AI influencers with custom-trained models. On BestAIFor it ranks among the best AI for repurposing long-form video into short clips.
