Crush Job

Crush Job is an AI job search tool that walks applicants through the whole hiring pipeline, from tailoring a resume to coaching them live during the actual interview. It bundles five modules into one desktop app: Rezi Ninja rewrites resume bullets against a specific job posting, scores ATS readiness on a 0-100 scale, and flags missing keywords; Interview Killer builds battle cards with STAR stories drawn from the job description and the tailored resume; Mock It! runs spoken mock interviews and scores you on structure, specifics, and pacing; Crush Coach surfaces the relevant cards and stories on screen during a real interview; and Hub Tracker keeps every application and interview round in one place. The pitch is that a candidate can prep and perform without stitching together a separate resume checker, question bank, and tracker. For BestAIFor readers comparing AI job search tools, the live in-interview assistance is the clearest differentiator, though it is also the feature most likely to raise ethics questions depending on the interview format. A free tier lets you try the resume tailoring and a single mock before committing to a paid plan.

Tailoring resumes to job postings, prepping STAR interview answers, running scored mock interviews, getting live coaching during real interviews, and tracking applications.
