Overview / Description
Diligio is an AI tool that automates responses to RFPs, security questionnaires, and due-diligence questionnaires (DDQs) so teams can submit far more proposals without adding headcount. It builds a centralized, human-curated knowledge base anchored to source documents, and its upload library automatically extracts question-and-answer pairs from PDFs, spreadsheets, Word docs, and slide decks. A side-by-side annotator lets reviewers check answers before publishing. Diligio uses a dual-model verification setup: Claude Haiku 4.5 drafts answers and Gemini 3.5 Flash independently verifies the claims, with confidence gating that surfaces well-supported drafts and withholds weak ones. A feedback loop catalogs final approved answers back into the knowledge base so future responses improve. For automation, it supports Bring Your Own Agent via MCP or REST API, with RBAC-bound agent permissions that cannot escalate beyond a user's own role, read-only or full-access agent modes, full auditing, and a kill switch. It is aimed at proposal, sales, security, and compliance teams that handle a high volume of questionnaires and need accuracy with auditability.
