eSuivi is an AI monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tool that helps NGOs and development organizations plan programs, collect field data, and produce donor-ready reports in one platform. It is built for NGOs, international programs, government agencies, and field teams across Kenya and Africa who otherwise track impact in manual spreadsheets. On the planning side, eSuivi includes a Theory of Change builder and a LogFrame builder with results frameworks. For data, it tracks indicators with baselines, targets, and actuals, integrates with KoboToolbox for field collection, and works offline with online sync on mobile. For analysis and reporting, it generates automated donor-ready documents, runs variance analysis and performance charts, and surfaces early-warning signals when indicators drift; AI-powered predictive analytics is in beta. Team collaboration tools, custom dashboards, and access controls round it out. eSuivi lets organizations start free and pay later, replacing scattered spreadsheets with a single system for building logframes, collecting data, and reporting impact to funders.
