FlowTask is an AI workflow-automation tool that turns fragmented company communication into a shared "Company Brain" that AI agents can read from. It connects Slack, Gmail, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, then structures the messages, threads, and documents scattered across those channels into a single, always-updated memory that any AI agent can access simultaneously via MCP. Instead of re-explaining your business context in every prompt or maintaining a stale CLAUDE.md file, agents pull current, structured records that update minute by minute. An approval layer sits between your channels and the shared memory: personal chats stay personal, and low-quality or incorrect signals get filtered out before they reach an agent, so work chats and private conversations don't get mixed.
