ForgeSport

Overview / Description

ForgeSport replaces static training plans with a weekly adaptive loop. Every Sunday, the algorithm reviews your logged performance — sets, reps, load — and generates a new program for the coming week. If you hit your targets, weights go up. If you're stalling on an exercise, it gets swapped out. Every movement also comes with one-click biomechanical alternatives, so you can work around injuries or equipment limits without losing training intent. A built-in AI assistant answers form, programming, and recovery questions around the clock, and a nutrition tracker ties calorie and macro intake to your training load. The result is a system that behaves like a responsive coach without the cost of one — useful for intermediate to advanced lifters who've outgrown cookie-cutter programs but don't want to write their own periodization.
