GuardianX is a public safety layer for AI tools built around real user experience rather than vendor claims. Anyone can look up an AI app, read submitted reviews, rate it on accuracy and trustworthiness, or file a harm incident report if something went wrong. Each app gets a single aggregated safety score based on community input — no sponsored placements, no paid rankings. The project started after a friend received dangerous health advice from an AI chatbot, and the founder found there was nowhere to check whether an AI was actually reliable before trusting it with something important. GuardianX fills that gap: a neutral, user-sourced record of how AI tools actually behave in the real world.
