HoneyMatcha

Updated August 31, 2026

Overview / Description

HoneyMatcha is an agent-to-agent scheduling layer: your AI assistant negotiates plans directly with other people's assistants, so the back-and-forth of finding a time happens between agents rather than in your inbox. It ships with Sage, a private coordination agent included with your account, or you can connect ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Cursor or another compatible agent instead.

The agents compare free and busy times, chase replies from people who have not answered, and stop before anything books. That last constraint is the one that matters - you keep every final yes, so an agent never commits your calendar without approval. The homepage walks through the pattern: you ask for dinner next Thursday, agents compare availability across participants, and you approve the resulting slot.

What it coordinates goes beyond meetings: events, introductions, recruiting, one-on-ones and meetups all run through the same layer. For group events, guests can respond and share availability through a single link without creating an account, which removes the usual barrier of asking everyone to sign up to your scheduling tool.

The bring-your-own-agent design means the two people coordinating do not have to use the same assistant - the coordination layer sits between them. HoneyMatcha is free in beta, with Sage included and nothing to install.
