Intelligence Assist

Intelligence Assist is an AI consulting and implementation firm based in Australia that helps small and medium businesses identify, adopt, and integrate AI tools into their operations. The company combines advisory services with practical implementation support, covering tool selection, workflow automation, and staff training for businesses at the beginning of their AI adoption journey.

Small business owners and SME operators who know they want to use AI but aren't sure where to start use Intelligence Assist to get structured guidance rather than trial-and-error experimentation. The firm works across industries and tailors its approach to each client's specific processes, budget, and technical capability.

Intelligence Assist is a services business rather than a software product—clients engage with a team of consultants rather than signing up for a self-service platform. This makes it less scalable for low-budget or time-sensitive engagements but more valuable for businesses that need hands-on support rather than documentation and tutorials. Availability is geographic, with the primary service area being Australia.
