NeonCore is a Windows desktop AI assistant that analyzes your documents locally so files never leave your machine. Built by NeonDijital, it parses text, PDFs, and Excel files on-device using a zero-data-retention approach — your data is not stored on any server and is not used for AI training — which makes it a fit for people handling sensitive legal, medical, or financial material. NeonCore runs autonomously by chaining seven built-in MCP tools, including local file reading, web search, code writing, and Excel and PDF analysis; it can list folders and locate files on its own so you see the result rather than the steps. It is powered by Gemini 2.5 Flash with a one-million-token context window for long documents and complex analyses, and it ships with a Turkish-language interface. NeonCore uses a one-time "fuel pack" model instead of a subscription: each action costs fuel (a normal chat is one unit, tool-using commands cost more), with packs at ₺50 (50 actions), ₺200 (250 actions), and ₺499 (1,000 actions).
