What is NEXUS AIOS?
NEXUS AIOS is a local-first AI tools suite from UIComet that runs entirely on your machine with no cloud, no subscriptions, and no tracking, aimed at privacy-conscious users and developers. Rather than routing prompts to a remote API, NEXUS AIOS bundles offline applications you run locally: ORIGO, an offline AI workspace with multiple AI personalities, and IPSUM, a pack of 90 on-device marketing scripts, with more tools described as in development. The core positioning is privacy — because everything executes on-device, your data, files, and workflows are not sent to external servers, which appeals to developers and users who want AI utilities without a SaaS account or ongoing subscription. As a privacy-first AI operating-system-style suite, it targets people who prefer owning their tools outright over renting cloud access. Distribution is handled through a Lemon Squeezy storefront, indicating a one-time purchase / paid-download model rather than a recurring subscription, consistent with the "no subscriptions" claim. If you are looking for the best AI for local, offline, privacy-first work, NEXUS AIOS is built around exactly that constraint. Confirm the current bundle contents and exact price on the vendor's Lemon Squeezy checkout, since the tool set is still expanding.
