Notion 3.4

Notion 3.4 is an AI productivity workspace update that adds database dashboards, a redesigned sidebar, and a built-in presentation mode so operators, product managers, and scaling teams can plan, report, and present without leaving Notion. The dashboard view brings charts, KPIs, and metrics together into a single database-driven overview, and you can describe the dashboard you want to a Notion Agent to have it built and updated for you (available on Business and Enterprise plans). The redesigned sidebar reorganizes navigation into four tabs — pages, agent chats, meetings, and notifications — with toggles that let you choose which sections appear, and it ships as an opt-in preview. Presentation mode turns any Notion doc into a slideshow, so meeting decks and updates live in the same document as the underlying notes. As an AI workspace, Notion 3.4 also sits alongside Notion's broader AI features including Agents for automating busywork, AI Meeting Notes, and Enterprise Search. It is a fit for teams that already run their docs, projects, and knowledge base in Notion and want dashboards and presentations native to that workspace rather than exported to separate BI or slide tools.
