Onpilot

Onpilot is an AI agent platform that builds specialized AI workers to automate business workflows across an organization's existing systems. The agents can search, reason, take action, and escalate tasks, with human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive steps so people stay in control of what the AI executes. Onpilot connects to more than 3,200 integrations spanning ERPs such as SAP and NetSuite, CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, support tools like Zendesk, plus databases and APIs, which lets a worker pull data and act across several systems in one workflow. It uses a multi-tenant architecture with tenant isolation, OAuth-based access, encrypted data, and granular permissions, and it logs every query, approval, and AI action with full context; the company states data is not used for model training. Agents can be deployed through Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Discord, a web widget, or custom portals, and the platform can run as multi-tenant cloud, in a VPC, on-premise, or on Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
