Orgonaut

Orgonaut is an AI-native platform built specifically for organisational design and scenario planning in an era where teams include both people and AI agents. Instead of sketching changes in spreadsheets or slide decks, you model them as live scenarios — restructures, team consolidations, cost simulations, capacity plans, and hybrid human+AI workforce designs — and validate them before committing anything to your real organisation.
