OtterScroll

OtterScroll is an AI teleprompter that listens to your voice and scrolls the script in time with your speech, so you never touch a remote or guess at a fixed scroll speed. Voice tracking runs offline across 16 languages, which means the sync keeps working without a connection and your audio does not need to leave the device to drive it.

It works as a cross-platform studio rather than a single app. You write and edit scripts in the desktop Web Studio, they sync instantly to the mobile app, and you record on your phone. For calls, a floating overlay sits on top of Zoom or Meet so you can read a script while presenting without a second screen.

Two further AI features round out the workflow: an AI Ghostwriter that generates the script itself if you are starting from nothing, and a one-tap Smart Cut that removes filler words from a recording and generates captions from it. That takes a session from blank page through recorded take to publishable clip in one tool.

The vendor targets real estate agents, YouTube vloggers and TikTok creators - people who record often and need speed rather than a studio setup. OtterScroll was formerly called FlowPrompter. Pricing is not published on the homepage.
