A Chrome extension pushes the finished note to web-based EHRs in one click, with stated support for Epic, Athena, and Kareo. The platform is HIPAA-ready with end-to-end encryption and a Business Associate Agreement available on all plans. Practices can build custom note templates and share them across the team, and a built-in DICOM viewer for CT, MRI, and X-ray scans is available on desktop.
