PosturePerfect runs in the background on your desktop and uses your webcam to analyze body alignment in real time. When it detects slumping or an ergonomically poor position, it fires an immediate notification so you can correct before the habit sets in. Beyond reactive alerts, it logs your posture data throughout the day so you can see patterns — when you tend to drift, how long you hold good form, and how you improve over time. Built-in stretch reminders prompt you to move at set intervals, and a Meeting Mode automatically silences all alerts when you're on a video call so you're not interrupted mid-conversation. It's aimed at desk workers who want passive, always-on posture coaching without having to think about it.
