Reefy

Reefy is an AI self-hosting tool that turns any PC, mini PC, laptop, or GPU box into a private AI server without a manual Linux install. You flash a bootable USB drive, boot the machine, and adopt the device in a web dashboard, skipping the usual operating-system setup. Built with Buildroot for fast boot times, Reefy supports NVIDIA GPU acceleration and ships with AI apps like OpenClaw, Hermes, Ollama, vLLM, and SGLang, so you can run local models or private AI agents on your own hardware. It also lets you bring your own OpenAI or xAI subscription for hosted models. Operationally, Reefy handles the parts self-hosting usually makes painful: safe A/B firmware upgrades with automatic rollback, encrypted cloud backups, device cloning, and Cloudflared tunnels for secure remote access. A built-in dashboard monitors CPU, GPU, RAM, disk, network, and temperature, and a web-based terminal is reachable from desktop or mobile. Minimum hardware is any x86_64 PC with 4GB+ RAM, and the roughly 2GB image download needs no signup.
