Simply Onno is an AI medical-document explainer that turns doctor's letters, MRI and CT findings, discharge summaries, pathology results, and even vet reports into plain language within seconds. Patients upload or photograph a report and get a clear explanation of the terminology plus a checklist of the right questions to ask at their next appointment. It runs anonymously with no account required and is free to use at the point of care, which lowers the barrier for people who feel rushed during consultations or struggle with medical jargon. The service positions itself as physician-reviewed: its AI output is validated by staff physicians against European medical-society guidelines. An optional detailed report adds expanded terminology explanations, lifestyle and nutrition notes, and a next-steps overview, and a companion app lets users store and revisit past explanations.
