Sovereign Alpha is an AI finance tool that runs a private multi-agent council over a hedge fund's proprietary internal data to surface alpha opportunities while keeping the underlying data, model weights, and trading strategy confidential. Instead of a single model, three specialized agents collaborate: an Analyst agent reads the fund's private data and identifies potential alpha, a Risk Manager agent holds absolute veto power and verifies zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs, and an Auditor agent logs every decision immutably on a blockchain. A defining feature is that each decision generates a real cryptographic proof demonstrating the council followed the fund's policy, without exposing the private data, weights, or strategy behind it.
