Study Cabinet is an AI education platform for coaching centres that combines student dashboards, teacher tools, exam tracking, and centre administration into one operating system. It is designed specifically for the coaching-institute ecosystem — particularly centres preparing students for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET — where managing batches, tracking at-risk students, and maintaining fee records are as important as delivering content.

At the heart of the student experience is EDITH, an AI strategist that monitors academic gaps in real time and schedules personalised revision sessions. Students earn XP, streaks, levels, and milestones through a built-in gamification system that keeps engagement high during long preparation cycles. The platform also includes a doubt solver, flashcard engine, quiz generator, exam predictor, lesson planner, formula sheet builder, essay builder, and concept comparison tool — all accessible from the student dashboard.

Teachers use the Push System to distribute notes, videos, and assignments with delivery tracking, so they know which students have accessed the material. At-risk alerts powered by EDITH flag students who are falling behind before exam scores confirm it. Batch management, attendance monitoring, and centre-wide academic health scoring give centre administrators a unified view across all operations.

On the administrative side, Study Cabinet handles fee tracking, enrollment management, teacher assignment, and salary management. Role-based access control separates what students, teachers, and administrators can see and do.
