Theon is an AI health-record tool that builds a lifelong, patient-owned medical record from every visit, test, and symptom, and lets patients share it instantly with any doctor. It assembles a health timeline that records your story as it happens, so the full history is ready to hand off at a new appointment instead of being scattered across providers. An AI companion named Eve helps users understand medical instructions and answer care-related questions, while medication and appointment reminders keep day-to-day tasks on track. On the clinical side, Theon monitors patients between visits, scans incoming health data such as labs and symptoms, cross-references medical research, and flags meaningful changes to the physician, adapting to how each doctor works. With user permission, family members and caregivers can also receive updates and alerts, which helps households coordinate care for someone with a complex history. Theon is aimed at patients who see multiple doctors, families managing a loved one's care, and physicians who want visibility between appointments. It is currently available on Android in the United States via Google Play, with iOS and Microsoft Store versions listed as coming soon, and no pricing is published yet.
