WorkSpace (KaryoSpace) is an AI productivity tool that consolidates 15 work modules — email, chat, projects, tickets, knowledge base, and more — into a single self-hosted enterprise workspace so teams stop switching between eight separate apps. Its modules span communication (native SMTP/IMAP email, messaging, calendar, notifications), work (Kanban projects, ITSM incident tickets, a RAG-backed knowledge base, notes, team directory), and infrastructure (admin controls, PWA, and Trace observability). The AI layer is the connective tissue: an AI Home Chat, AI Insights, and a global search that spans every connected module, positioned as "one AI that knows your entire company." As a self-hosted enterprise workspace and all-in-one productivity platform, it targets organizations that want to replace subscriptions like Jira, Confluence, Slack, ServiceNow, and Gmail with one system they run on their own server so their data never leaves.
