Alfie

Alfie is an AI interview preparation tool that guides job candidates from the initial search through to the interview itself, tailoring practice to the specific role and company. It scans the web for openings that match your preferences, then generates ATS-friendly resumes and cover letters aligned to each application. Its core is mock interviews: Alfie runs 10 timed practice questions with coaching, and a readiness score tracks how your performance improves across retakes so you can see whether you are actually getting better. To keep candidates on track, it sends interview reminders at set intervals, one week, three days, and one day before, and follows up after the interview for future reference. A library of published interviews, drawn from real examples and ranked against your profile, lets you study how others answered for comparable roles. Alfie also includes team hiring tools for group interview screening and candidate pipeline management, so it serves both sides of the table. On BestAIFor, Alfie fits candidates who want role-specific interview rehearsal rather than generic question banks, including bootcamp and university students entering the market.
