What is Career Ninja?
Career Ninja is an AI career tool that finds matching jobs and auto-fills applications through a Chrome extension, built for tech and startup job seekers. It works in two parts. First, an AI headhunter searches for roles that match your resume and preferences, filtering for jobs on the employer's own site that are open today and posted in the last 60 days, and it shows requirement matching such as "You meet 3 of 4" on a card-based interface you swipe through. Second, a Chrome extension opens each application and fills in your details, cover letter, and answers on Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby, then leaves the final Submit to you. It highlights anything it does not know so you can supply it, and remembers previous answers to keep responses consistent across applications. A notable honesty guardrail: every claim in a cover letter or answer must quote a line from your resume, and the tool refuses to fabricate information about you. Your first searches are free, and each search uses cognition from a connected Hello Minds account, with search scope under your control so you decide how much each run costs. For anyone comparing AI tools for job applications on BestAIFor, Career Ninja fits when you want application auto-fill with a human still pressing submit.
